Cancellation Policy

If the vehicle is cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours to the commencement time :
25% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation charges,

If cancelled between 48 Hours and 24 hours from the commencement time:
50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation charges

If cancelled within 24 Hours and if there is No-Show or If Cancelled after the vehicle has reported :
100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

Refund Policy

If the entire payment is taken in advance, The refund amount after cancellation fee . charges will be credited back to the User’s bank account in 7 working days.

However the user needs to contact his/her banker to check on status as the refund reflection is subject to Card-issuing Bank’s internal terms and conditions.

It is the responsibility of the user to verify his/her bank account for refund
