Welcome to Asian Travel. By booking or using our car rental, coach rental, bus hire, or transportation services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
Booking & Reservation
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Asian Travel.
- Customers are required to provide accurate pickup, drop-off, passenger, and travel details at the time of booking.
- Asian Travel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion in case of incorrect information, misuse, or operational limitations.
Cancellation Policy

No Show
In case of a “No Show,” no refund shall be provided to the customer.
Cancellation or Modification of Booking
- All booking cancellations or modifications must be requested through email to the official email address of Asian Travel.
- Any modification in travel schedule, reporting time, vehicle type, or itinerary is subject to availability and additional charges, if applicable.
Vehicle Usage & Cleanliness
- Smoking, consumption of prohibited substances, transportation of hazardous materials, pets, or goods that may damage the vehicle interior or exterior are strictly prohibited unless prior approval is provided.
- Customers shall be responsible for maintaining cleanliness during the trip.
- In case of excessive dirt, stains, damage, or odor caused by passengers, cleaning or repair charges will be recovered based on actual costs.
Fuel Policy
- For chauffeur-driven vehicles, fuel charges are included in the selected rental package unless otherwise specified.
- Any additional travel beyond the agreed package may attract extra fuel and usage charges.
Extra Time & Extra Usage
- Additional charges shall apply for usage beyond the booked rental duration or kilometer limit.
- Extra hours and extra kilometers will be charged as per the applicable rates communicated at the time of booking.
Parking, Toll Taxes & Interstate Charges
The following charges are not included in the standard rental package unless specifically mentioned:
- Parking fees
- Toll charges
- State taxes and permit fees
- Interstate entry charges
- Border taxes
All such charges shall be payable by the customer on an actual basis.
Night Charges
Night driving charges may be applicable depending on reporting time, travel duration, and operational requirements.
GST & Taxes
GST and other applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing government regulations and directives.
Replacement Vehicle Policy
- In case a vehicle develops a mechanical issue within city limits and becomes unusable, Asian Travel will attempt to provide a replacement vehicle of a similar segment, subject to availability.
- If the breakdown occurs outside city limits, replacement vehicle availability cannot be guaranteed.
- The company’s decision regarding replacement arrangements shall be final and binding.
Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations during travel.
- Asian Travel reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund in cases involving misconduct, illegal activity, abusive behavior, or safety violations.
Limitation of Liability
Asian Travel shall not be held liable for:
- Delay caused due to traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances
- Missed flights, trains, meetings, or events
- Loss, theft, or damage to passenger belongings left inside the vehicle
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss incurred by the customer

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of bookings, services, payments, or these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and resolved in accordance with the Indian Arbitration Act.
Courts and tribunals located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
Amendments to Terms
Asian Travel reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website or Services shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
