Cancellation Policy

No Show: In case of No-Show, no amount will be refunded to the User.
Cleanliness
The company does not allow the Vehicle to be used to carry pets, goods, or any other objects which can damage the upholstery or any part of the vehicle. In such an event, the User will be charged based on the actual cost of repairing or cleaning the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
Replacement Car
A replacement vehicle shall be provided within city limits only (subject to availability of a similar segment in the city) in all cases where a Vehicle develops a mechanical error and restrains the User from its use. In a case where the Vehicle develops such an error outside the city limit, a replacement Vehicle will not be provided, and an amount equivalent to the agreed rental will be charged. The company’s decision related to the replacement vehicle will be final.
Fuel
For chauffeur-driven cars, fuel is inclusive of the selected rental package.
Cancellation or Modification
Reservations need to be canceled or modified through email to the official email ID.
Extra Time
Extra hours will be applicable over the basic package selected by the renter.
Parking & Tolls
Parking and toll charges are to be borne by the customer. For extra usage, the cost of extra hours and/or extra kilometers will be charged.
Other Conditions
- Night charges will be applicable as per the terms.
- GST will be applicable as per government directives.
- All interstate taxes, permit fees, toll, and parking charges shall be extra as per actuals.
- Asian Travel House shall not be held responsible for any belongings left by passengers in the vehicle or any losses incurred by the renter/client due to any reason.
